Long Haul Operations Manger

Della Martin has been in the moving industry since 1997, starting as a packer and advancing through roles in customer service, move coordination, dispatch, and business operations. She has managed tasks such as safety compliance, fuel reporting, tax filings, and rate submissions. In 2017, Della joined Hampton Roads Moving & Storage as Local Dispatch Manager, later transitioning to Long Distance Dispatch.

Outside of work, Della treasures time with her kids and grandkids, staying involved in their activities like gymnastics, football, baseball, and Boy Scouts. She also enjoys crafting and sewing, which keeps her creative mind busy.
