Some say Chad was born in a cardboard box, as his father worked in the industry prior to his birth—though that’s more of a wise tale. Chad’s passion for Hampton Roads Moving & Storage (HRMS) has been with him since childhood. Having worked in all aspects of the business, Chad now leads the operations side, overseeing the company and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Known for his analytical mind and love for numbers, Chad believes in the power of process and procedure, while also giving his team the freedom to shine by utilizing their unique talents. As a visionary, Chad fosters an environment where HRMS can grow without limits.

Chad’s favorite part of a relocation? Loading a trailer! He takes pride in the process and enjoys the challenge of making sure everything fits just right.

No stranger to making friends, Chad is a man of the people who enjoys a good conversation with, well, anyone! Don’t hesitate to approach him and share a story.

In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, coaching baseball, and relaxing on the water with his boat.
