We haven’t unpacked our stuff yet so that’s the reason for the 4/5 stars. We just don’t actually know if they were packed thoroughly to prevent breakage. Kathleen was wonderful from what we can tell. She was polite, thorough, thoughtful and hardworking. She had to pack our house alone and she worked hard, didn’t complain a lot and organized when she was done. She double checked with us on certain things about whether we wanted them packed and seemed to genuinely care. Give Kathleen a raise, a bonus or

Matthew and Declan with Hampton Roads Moving and Storage helped me with long distance move (NC to VA) yesterday and they were fantastic! Not only were they very kind and easy going but they took great care with all of my items. Not a single accidental scratch, ding or, dent on any walls or furniture after moving up and down stairs all day long. They carefully wrapped each piece and covered mattresses and took extra care to protect my flooring while moving furniture in and out of the house. Very efficient and professional company. James and his team were especially helpful in ensuring my last minute straggling items were packed and put on the truck.They were in & out so fast I barely felt they were there. I would definitely hire them again! Thank you for making such a stressful situation less stressful & much less painful! THANK YOU!!!
